Class seating is NOT considered reserved until payment is received. 

If you would like to purchase a course manual from our office, please call (909)463-8299 to reserve your copy. Supplies are limited; so all students must call to reserve a manual. ACLS manuals should be picked up prior to class for studying and taking the online pre-assessment test.

No-Show Policy
Any student who does not contact us to cancel their course or does not show up for the course will forfeit all fees paid. Please contact us if you have any questions at all regarding this policy.

Cancellation Policy:
A class can be cancelled up until 2 days before the class. If cancelled by the student, a $25 nonrefundable fee will be charged. Once the course has begun or you have rescheduled, no refunds will be given. No Call, No Show does not qualify for a refund of any kind.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days upon approval of refund request. The maximum time of refund request is 2 months from the date original class was paid for. A check will be mailed for the refund.

Expired Card Protocol

It is recommended that any student with an expired card take the full provider course. However, you do have the option of taking the renewal course under the provisions set forth by the American Heart Association’s Expired Card Protocol if your card is expired less than 6 months. The provisions are as follows:

• You are responsible for the full provider fees
• You must present your expired card at the time of class
• You must complete all written and skills test with a passing grade on your first attempt. Remediation is not an option. If you do not pass the testing on the first try, you will be required to take the full provider course at an additional fee.
